About the Job:
In this role, the Senior Investment Manager will oversee projects such as mergers and acquisition and will need to align them with the company’s operations. Each project will need to be handled diligently however not compromising on compliance and risk. Collaborating cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams will be vital in executing investment transactions and integrating the new businesses into the company.

Key Responsibilities:
● Participate in high-level investment projects involving negotiation of controlling stakes.
● Draft project proposals and feasibility study reports for internal project initiation and decision-making within the company.
● Conduct due diligence and transaction structuring, complete the design of related schemes for company mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financing, etc., and fully track and execute the entire process.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to execute investment transactions and integrate acquired businesses.
● Establish an investment and merger management system, including the establishment and improvement of systems and processes for pre-investment assessment, mid-investment execution, post-investment management, etc., and continuously refine them.
● Responsible for daily monitoring and analysis of various risks.
● Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes impacting the logistics and transportation sector.
Requirement:
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
● Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the logistics industry, supply chain management and supply chain financing.
● Demonstrated track record in executing at five successful mergers and acquisitions cases.
● Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence decision-making.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
● Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to mergers and acquisitions.
● Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
