Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist in HR & Administrative activities and general operations.
- To assist in the management of staff welfare functions, ie events, training, travel and accommodation.
- Training & Development – Execute and coordinate training programs for employees
- Assist in all aspects of ISO for HR training policies
- Replenishing stationery & pantry supplies
- Retrieval and research of information, as required
- Booking of inbound & outbound flights & accommodation
- Handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits administrations
- HR Administration/Operations
- Apply/ Renewal of passes
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma in HR/ Business admin or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in full HR spectrum and/or office administrative.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Have initiative, enthusiastic & able to work independently
- Privacy & Confidential knowledge and understanding
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Able to commence work immediately / in short notice is preferred
