The company is a famous and well-established investment firm that is headquartered in the United States and their Singapore office is located in the central business district. They have a prestigious and well-respected brand in the industry, which would highly add value to your resume should you gain experience working for them.

about the job

In this role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to 4 Executives in terms of calendar and email management, global business travel arrangements and visa applications, preparing expense claims, as well as assisting with logistics set up for internal and external meetings. In addition, you will manage and maintain confidential information. You will also collaborate with other Executive Assistants in the team and the broader region and provide back-up support when necessary.

about the manager/team

The teams in the Singapore office range from 5 to more than 10. There would be 2 to 3 EAs supporting each team depending on team size, to ensure good coverage and buddy system.

skills & requirements for the job

You should be tertiary-educated with minimum 5 years of secretarial experience. Candidates coming from financial services would be highly considered, but otherwise relevant working experience in fast-paced MNCs would suffice. This role is well-suited for somebody who is service-oriented and provides effective and responsive service internally and externally. The ideal incumbent should also be resourceful with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
