Position: Sales Coordinator (Curtains & Blinds)
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced adminstator to join our dynamic team, specializing in curtains and drapery solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in curtain sales, demonstrating exceptional organizational and customer service skills. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating schedules for our consultants and installers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed product information and assistance.
- Schedule appointments for consultants to meet with clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate installation schedules with clients and our team of professional installers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for sales and service improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, facilitating efficient operations.
