· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
· Meeting planned sales goals.
· Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness
strategies and solutions
· Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
· Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management
· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
· The ongoing training of your salespeople.
· Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
· Promoting the organization and products.
· Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
· Relationship building with new and existing customers.
· Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.
Requirements and skills
-Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant experience (or) Degree in hotel management/Hospitality management with relevant experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
· Highly organized and able to multi-task
· Proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
· Systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible.
· Strong project management skills
