Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling the Fabrication & Erection sequences.
Planning of Manpower & Machinery and equipment to complete the task.
Preparation of Method statement for every activities.
Preparation of Bill Of Quantity.
Attending kick-off meeting.
Drawing co-ordination for all steel structures.
Co-ordination clients with technical issues.
Checking of IFA and IFF drawing and analysing them as per need.
Submission of RFA for all project documents and sample materials.
Discuss and solve the execution difficulties of technical problems / drawings wise with Consultant.
Co-ordinate with Main con, consultant and sub-contractors representatives and relevant authorities for the smooth execution of the works.
Co-ordination with project team for any planning issues with production, construction & further material ordering.
Preparing work schedule and update the day to day progress for monitoring the work progress.
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
