Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5-Days Weekday
Work Type: 3-Month Contract (June - Sep)
Salary: Up to $ 2,200 per month
What you will be working on?
- Handle administrative matters, such as coordinating meetings/seminars/training, staff suggestion system, etc.
- Provide support in organising of events.
- Handle or resolve customer service-related issues and enquiries over counter and phone efficiently using established procedures/methods.
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned such as admin duties and operational matters when required.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- At least Diploma or A-Level in any discipline
- Relevant experience in a contact centre or customer service-related environment is advantageous.
