Responsibilities:
· Sourcing, evaluate and purchasing of electronics components / mechanical parts from reliable supplier that can meet required specifications
· Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, delivery terms
· Comparison of specifications and pricing and counter propose to Engineers for alternative approval
· Issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition
· Follow-up on outstanding backlog and expediting of urgent materials
· Work with QC on suppliers’ quality matters
· Involve with yearly audit ISO9001 & 14001
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Procurement and Supply Chain-related discipline
· At least 2 years of purchasing experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry (OEM)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
· Familiar with using Sum Product / Conditional formatting / Sort / Filter / vlookup / Pivot and formulas
· Good communication, negotiation and sourcing skills
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team
· Experience in machining / metal stamping parts will be added advantage
