Management Reporting (Master Data and Manpower Cost Finance Manager (1 + 1 Year Contract) Up $4K
Work Location: Near to One North MRT
Work Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
Master Data creation & maintenance
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
- Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and ay re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).
Manpower reporting
- Prepare and perform checks and reporting relating to manpower costs.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to fractionation/cost distribution in payroll postings.
- Prepare other ad-hoc reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
- Experience in handling manpower costs and fractionation in HR systems.
- Good command of MS Office application
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous
