Business Analyst – Digitalization
As part of the company’s digitalization journey, they are looking for a Digital Innovator to join the team and act as a Business Analyst to collaborate closely with business users to articulate requirements, perform user acceptance tests, and manage issues.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to define and articulate business requirements, prepare project proposals, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage issue resolution.
- Monitor and ensure proper resolution and closure of issues.
- Provide value-added advice to business users on best practices in technology usage, review and improve work processes, support change management, and facilitate alignment with the company’s vision.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project management.
- Proactive, quality-focused self-starter with an analytical and methodical approach.
- Results-oriented with strong customer focus and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
