- Provide administrative support to assigned department
- Perform data entry and filing
- Mainly handles daily documents, answers calls, arranges meetings and meets guests, etc.,
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of admin duties.
- Simple English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
- Working hours: 5.5days/week,Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday,9am-12pm
