We are committed to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of our projects.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audio-visual and ELV projects in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also meeting client requirements and expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


1. **Project Planning and Scheduling: **

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

2. **Project Execution and Management: **

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

3. **Team Leadership and Collaboration: **

  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.

4. **Quality Assurance and Compliance: **

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to verify the functionality and performance of audio-visual and ELV systems.

5. **Budget and Cost Management: **

  • Monitor project expenses and resource utilization, identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, forecasts, and financial reports for project stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.

6. **Client Relationship Management: **

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Solicit feedback from clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions to enhance client value and satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills: **

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in project management, specifically in the audio-visual and ELV industry.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual systems, ELV technologies, and installation practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., BCA Code of Practice, CP5, etc.).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
