Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and manage contractors for refinery maintenance.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and analyze failures for improvement.
- Develop work plans, oversee contractor selection, and maintain equipment records.
- Lead safety training and risk assessments. Participate in project reviews for maintenance considerations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC industry
