Job summary:
The role involves overseeing a team of logistic coordinator associates, directing logistics operational functions including customer service, trucking coordination, and the creation and upkeep of operational documents, reports, correspondence, and expenses.
Responsibilities
• Lead coordinator associates to offer administrative assistance to the Operations.
• Manage order processing and maintain records, reports, files, correspondence, plans, and expenses for all operations.
• Aid in coordinating and preparing essential documentation for cargo movement.
• Conduct tracking and tracing functions, as well as assist in daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications.
• Collaborate with external parties to ensure the smooth expedited shipment of goods.
• Correspond with customers and address their inquiries.
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistics industry.
• Previous experience in team management is highly preferred
• Strong understanding and proficiency in logistics operations areas, including distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, and materials management.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
