Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coding complex applications using Pitney Bowes Software (Precisely) (Engage One Designer, Generate, Dataflow, Vault and PCE Scripts. hands on and immense experience in developing complex.
- templates using Engage One Designer, Dataflow and Control-M (with VB Scripts)
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code according to best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Optimize software performance and scalability to meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as appropriate.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with 2 years of experience in precisely’s applications.
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on Precisely's software products (formerly Syncsort, Pitney Bowes Software).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Precisely's suite of products, including Precisely Trillium, Precisely Spectrum, and Precisely Engage.
- Certification in Precisely software products is preferred.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
