HR Assistant Executive (Payroll, Operations, Real Estate industry)

• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

• Salary: Up to $4,500 (depending on experience)

• Open to candidates with no relevant experience but possess a degree in Human Resource and are keen to develop a career in HR


Our client is an active player in the real estate industry and leading the Japanese market, including commercial, residential, logistics, and hospitality. They are looking for an experienced HR Executive to support the regional HR team in administering payroll, tax, immigration matters etc


Job Description:

  • Process monthly payroll of group companies (Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand); operations include data collection, review, and validating remuneration and benefits
  • Process monthly, quarterly, and yearly personal income tax operations of group companies (Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand); operations include data collection, review and validating remuneration and benefits
  • Ensure timely salary payments and personal income tax submissions and payments
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure payroll and income tax operations are in compliance with regulations at all times
  • Liaise with vendor for immigration matters in Singapore; operations include application and renewal of work passes (Job scope will be expanded to the regional level to cover the immigration matters in other group companies in the future)
  • Process documentation and preparation for HR activities such as: on-boarding, and off-boarding
  • Support and execute HR-related initiatives
  • Other duties assigned by the company


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR full spectrum working experience is preferred, and Payroll processing experience is a must for experienced candidates in the HR field
  • Relevant working experience at regional office to coordinate with subsidiaries in SEA is preferred. (not a must)
  • Strong understanding of local employment legislation and labour regulation
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
  • Analytical, process-driven, multi-task, and independent
