Main Responsibilities
- Taking responsibilities of site System deployment and integration.
- Supervising and directing system deployment and integration.
- Supervising the running statue of the equipment during the installation and testing period.
- Schedule, coordinating and directing the system team, external system contractors or supplier to carry out the integration test.
- Schedule, Coordinating and directing the system team, external system vendor or supplier to provide support to the equipment.
- Providing assistance and support to the project manager responding technical questions issued by the client.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- IT System Management experience of enterprise system aspect.
- Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
- Able to coordinate the contractors, customers and all the resources to make the system successfully commission.
- Have good knowledge of Disaster Recovery setup and exercise.
