Roles and responsibilities:
- The applicant will be incharge of the entire admin manager of stores
- He should responsible of sales target, stores's admin and invloving procruitment side also
- He should work sundays and public holidays (if needed
- Prepare staff schedule and implements to the stores
- Customer relationship and solve their needed
- Good knowledge of retail business
- Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising
- Understand the market, competitors and brand environment
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in any related field
- Atleast 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work in weekends and public holidays.
