Job Scope :
- • Liaising with Government agencies on clearance for deliveries
- • Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters (Agency POC, urgent additional delivery etc)
- • Maintain asset inventory and data records for disposal items and updating the details into our system
- • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate customers
- • Liaising with Government agencies for relocation and arranging with in-house driver team
- • Preparing IT Engineers schedules for on-site to perform cryptographic erasure, verification before the driver collecting back the equipment from clients
- • Preparation and submitting monthly reports for each tender
- • Sending reminder emails in the interval of 3 months, 2 months and 1 month before the expiry dates to agencies to prepare and return the equipment
- • Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
