Job Description:
- Master and be a steward for the Corporate Program Methodology including Success Criteria Documents (SCD), Map Day, and tools for communication
- Clearly define the success criteria of new projects and obtain approval from all key stakeholders and the Corporate Leadership Team
- Develop detailed plans, with resource, capital, and support needs. Develop necessary presentation materials and coordinate the necessary reviews to receive approval to execute new programs
- Put in place a high performing team to deliver to the success criteria of the project. Identify team issues and concerns. Put in place strategies to improve any team issue and ensure that you have the right people, skills, and work environment to be successful
- Provide leadership and mentoring to any sub-project owner to make sure they have the correct amount of detail in their project plan, they have the team to deliver to their needs, and they are performing to the project needs
- Provide presentational information needed for Corporate Staff Meetings, BOD, and Stakeholder reviews. Be able to give full or informal stats reports at a moment’s notice
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or Engineering
- Able to lead and drive projects / activities across multiple regions and sites
- Independent and self-motivated
- Proactive, organized, and systematic
- Knowledge and experience with assembly engineering, test, bills of materials, customer requirements, business operations, financial indicators and new product introduction business processes
- Experience working directly with customers, sales and corporate executives
