Roles & Responsibilities
* 5.5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
* Location: AMK
* Full set accounts experience is a must
esponsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end financial closing including accounts
- Handle office expenses, staff claims.
- Handling of phone calls & email queries
- Assist on quarterly GST reporting and other statistical submissions, and support audit and tax queries.
- Handle HR Matters including payroll processing, managing employee leaves, medical and claims maters and work pass applications..etc
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Handle basic account duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting related
- Strong proficiency in MS office
