LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008.
We are seeking a dynamic candidate as Cluster Managers (Centre Management).
Cluster Managers are key to business development and daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and provide leadership to branch managers and their respective teams within the cluster.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the cluster's operations.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity among all cluster staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
- Establishing excellent rapport with customers and staff.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster as needed.
- Experience is an advantage, though training will be provided for the right applicant
- Customer-oriented (required)
- Good team player
- Proficient in standard English (required: good spoken and written English)
- Bilingualism is an advantage
- 5-day work week (includes one weekend)
Weekdays 1pm to 9pm
Weekends 9am to 6pm - Able to start work immediately
