- To review layout drawings with area designer, conduct site survey, and assign point of connect (tagging), based on capacity study of the building system report (tagging database, E-Card technical specification).
- To manage, review and update detailed building system report (tagging database) and their impact list periodically with customer.
- Able to read, understand and develop basic isometric drawings, P&ID, and PFD drawings with CAD software.
- Work on assigned project tasks independently with engineering team, project owner and sub-contractors/ suppliers.
- Coordinate with lower tier subcontractors & suppliers to meet on-time delivery, optimum cost, quality, and safety performance.
- Preparation of BQ material, work-permit application & documentation/ drawing submittal in accordance to project requirement.
- Assist Project Manager to coordinate, monitor and control in accordance to project execution, schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
- Ensuring Quality standards, and all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to our client & company organization’s policy.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- Possess basic technical knowledge of ultrapure piping / tubing component & fittings specification, and cleanroom utilities hook-up construction E.g. Exhaust, UPW, Drain, Gas, Chemical etc
- Proficient in basic AUTOCAD drawing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel data entry and update.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor or related Cleanroom Factory Automation environment will be preferred.
- No experience / fresh entry is also welcome to apply. OJT will be provided.
