Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day walk in customers.
- Handle daily purchase & sales transactions.
- Manage accounts receivables process from invoice generation to payment collection.
- Assist in warehouse operation and order delivery.
- Monitor products and quality checks, stock take and inventory records.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Service oriented with good written and oral communication skill.
- MS Office.
- Willing to learn.
