Role will be on a contract basis till the end of Dec 2024.
Based at the Migrant Worker Center (Seletar Area)
You would be tasked to speak to new migrant workers who just entered Singapore to run thorugh a booklet containing specific content essential for new migrant workers to be comfortable with their working environment and conditions in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Engage migrant workers on the content prepared by the authorities
- Escalate complicated queries (which are not found in training materials or FAQ) to any MWC staff on site or to the hotline provided
- Propose changes to enhance the operation or engaging of the workers, if any
- Assist with preparing daily and/or monthly reports, if any.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Any ability to be able to speak to the migrant workers in their native language is desired but not a must.
