Connect Energy partners with a oil and gas manufacturing company to look for a SYSTEM & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER to work on a project for one year contract with potential or renewal or conversion to perm.
This role requires one to performa installation, configurations, commissioning and troubleshooting on Bently Nevada System Hardware and Software to protect and monitor variety of machine types encouotered in the Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals and other process industries.
Responsibilities
- Working within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concept to issues of moderate complexity.
- Resolve issues through immediate action . In contact with various machine typs (Motors, gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors etc)
- Ensure services field / project jobs are executed in accordance with the cost allocations budgeted, executed in a timely manner an din accordance with customers schedules
- Providing technical guidance to big vary of customers for emergency probem resolution and asistance for maintenance and service activities
- Developing your technical knowledge and expertise to be able to provide effective problem resolution and implement innovation solutions
- Preparing and writing of technical reports to share with customers in a timely and accurate fashion.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 2 - 5 years experiences. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of network architecture and communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, DA&UA)
- Good electronic and mechanical solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands on approach.
- Willing to work at western part of Singapore
- Willing to consider one year contract, with possible renewal or convert to perm.
