Our client of an established healthcare organisation is seeking a reliable and customer-focused HR Concierge to assist our staff with their HR queries and provide other administrative support. As an HR Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting staff, directing their queries to the relevant personnel, and assisting with the preparation and issuance of corporate passes and name tags.
Job Responsibilities:
• Be stationed at the designated HR Concierge desk and assist staff with their HR queries
• Take down messages and relay them to the intended HR staff in a timely manner
• Direct queries to the relevant personnel, such as HR Business Partners or HR Services
• Prepare and issue Corporate Passes and ensure they are returned within the stipulated time
• Contact staff who are late for the collection or return of corporate passes
• Prepare name tags for promotees
• Perform mailroom duties, including sorting, distributing, and posting company mail
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
- A minimum of diploma certificate or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative role.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of mailroom procedures is preferred but not required.
