Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Administrative activities and general operations
- Physical or electronic filing of the case files, secretarial files, company policies, etc.
- Keying and entering of data to document it in system.
- Updating of platforms, insurance records, etc.
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to multi-task
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have at least 1 year administrative experience
- Work experience in legal industry will be an added advantage
