We are seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead our architectural team and oversee the design and development of architectural projects. The Architectural Manager will be responsible for managing the architectural design process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural team, including architects, designers, and drafters, to deliver high-quality architectural designs and solutions.
- Oversee the architectural design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to develop design concepts and project requirements.
- Provide architectural expertise and guidance throughout the design process, including site analysis, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenses and allocations to optimize project performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed architect with 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven experience managing architectural projects of varying scales and complexity, from concept to completion.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a portfolio demonstrating innovative and impactful architectural designs.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
