Overview
As a seasoned Senior Product Manager specializing in data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and driving the development of data-driven products. Your mission is to unlock the potential of our data assets, enabling innovative solutions that enhance user experiences, drive business growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance practices. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations. Champion data quality initiatives across the organization.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs. Translate requirements into actionable product features. Foster strong relationships with business teams.
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles. Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, data models, visualization tools and applications.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products. Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on user feedback and business impact.
- Take ownership of product execution by managing two data engineers and analysts. Coordinate their work, provide guidance, and ensure successful delivery of data initiatives.
- Own and optimize our MarTech stack to enable strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, tooling, and integrated reporting across sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of product management experience, with a focus on data products or analytics platform
- Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data lakes, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving data initiatives, influencing decision-making, and managing product teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
