Your role:
Responsible for the accounting function of the company, inclusive of independent preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet based on iDynamics AutoCount accounting software.
Simple periodical cashflow preparations and management of bank transactions.
Accounts payable local and international.
Order management with international supplier and all import / export documentation in cooperation with third party logistic providers.
Simple management of small local inventory / store.
Preparation of system sales orders and dispatch in cooperation with sales management.
Maintain relationship with local vendors.
The role is 50% accounting related, and 50% administration related.
Your profile:
Singaporean national (all age group are welcome)
Ability to work from home but with weekly in-person meeting and Teams meetings.
High level of energy and willing to contribute to the company also outside of traditional accounts and administration roles.
Diploma in accounting with 3 years working experience in accounts and administration in a smaller company.
Structured and organized approach to work.
Experience with iDynamics AutoCount accounting software an added advantage but trainable.
Hands-on individual who can working independently under guidance, willing to learn and develop.
Good command of English.
