Our Recruit Now team is expanding and looking for an Admin to assist with our recruitment operations!
Work location: Bishan/Marymount
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR & Administrative activities and general operations
- Preparing and sending out of invoices to clients
- Assist with monthly payroll in outsourcing department
- Retrieving monthly sales reports for management review
- Support management/Directors with any ad-hoc admin duties
- Replenishing office stock & pantry supplies
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel basic functions
- Work experience in HR/recruitment industry will be an added advantage
