Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services essential for our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years procurement experience dealing with International Projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage procurement budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive advantage and cost-effectiveness.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
