Job Description:
- Assist in pre-screening the resumes and arranging the interview.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs.
- Contribute to the recruitment processes via documentation, job postings and marketing Collaterals.
- Conduct exit interviews and perform exit procedures for employees on their last day.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee wellness initiatives and engagement programs.
- Assist in arranging mandatory courses/training for employees.
- Assist in handling employee insurance.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the HR Business Partners.
