Responsibilities:
- The CTP Writer collaborates with the Client's commissioning team to develop FPSO Project's Topsides Commissioning Test Procedures. The format for the CTP shall be provided by Client's commissioning team. The Writer aims to create clear documentation that meets industry standards and FPSO Project guidelines. Through collaboration and meticulous review, the CTP writers ensures technical accuracy and consistency and timely completion of the commissioning deliverables.
- CTP writers’ team to be mobilised to the Client's site office and work with Client's commissioning team to complete the remaining outstanding CTPs as a minimum as listed.
- There are total 23 outstanding CTPs are listed on the proposal plan (these include Mechanical, Instrument, Telecom/Electrical).
- All the CTPs are provided with starting date and each revision completion plan date.
1) Collaboration with Client's Commissioning Team:
- Work closely with the Client's commissioning team to understand the technical aspects of the systems and processes being commissioned.
2) Drafting Commissioning Test Procedures:
- CTP writer team has to develop with detailed and accurate commissioning test procedures (CTPs) based on the input and information provided by the Client's commissioning team.
- And all required supporting documents.
3) Review and Update:
- Seatrium commissioning team to review and comment the commissioning test procedures (CTPs).
- Comments and feedback to be send to CTP writer team, to update and submit the finalise CTPs to Seatrium team.
- Finalise the procedures and ensure consistency across documents.
4) Client Expectations:
- Understand and incorporate client expectations into the procedures, ensuring that the documentation aligns with the client's specific requirements.
5) Multiple Revisions:
- Prepare three revisions (IFR, IFA, AFU) for each CTPs, reflecting the iterative review process.
