Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to sell our IT services through direct sales efforts, including door knocking and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective clients to present and sell our IT services.
· Make cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
· Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Identify client needs and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
· Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or similar roles, preferably within the IT industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
