We are looking for a lifecycle marketing lead to be part of our Growth Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this position plays a strategic role for the team while being fully proficient in end-to-end campaign management.


You will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop lifecycle and growth marketing strategies, with a full responsibility to build the lifecycle marketing calendar, oversee and improve on our martech capabilities, lead as well as execute campaigns and activities that drive growth for our business. This role will focus on driving user activation, engagement and retention executed across various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, sms and direct mail in support of GetGo's key growth objectives.

Day to Day Activities

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for lifecycle marketing programs and manage key metrics for user activation, engagement and retention
  • End-to-end development, implementation and optimisation of customer journeys to unlock additional value for/from users and drive growth opportunities
  • Work with business analysts and data scientists to produce actionable insights that inform strategic lifecycle and growth marketing initiatives to increase user lifetime value
  • Maintain a hypothesis-driven test-and-learn approach for all lifecycle marketing projects, based on customer insights, A/B and multivariate testing
  • Track campaign performance and key metrics, measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation, report on results including ROI, LTV, and other key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure best-in-class content and campaigns
  • Partner with data, technology and other teams to build up and improve marketing capabilities
  • Drive operational improvements and efficiency within the team by identifying and integrating new processes and technology solutions that enhance workflow and productivity
  • Play a supervisory role and guide team members in developing and strengthening their competencies to ensure functional excellence in accomplishing work objectives
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders to manage issues and enquiries arising from marketing engagements
  • Support the development and growth of Lifecycle Marketing initiatives across all channels and markets, and any other marketing automation tasks

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in CRM / Loyalty / Lifecycle / Email marketing
  • Familiarity with orchestrating multi-channel campaigns using marketing automation platforms, e.g. CleverTap, Braze, or other similar platforms
  • A resourceful self-starter who's ambitious, curious, and driven. You have a knack for improving yourself, are eager to try new things and learn from it, and have a keen interest in consumer behaviour.
  • Understand the customer lifecycle concept and possess working knowledge in developing marketing campaigns for loyalty and retention programs
  • Experience working across digital channels including mobile app and website
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, utilising data for effective problem solving, making informed decisions and evaluating campaign performance
  • A highly effective communicator and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of Excel (PowerBI or Tableau is a plus)
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus
