Responsibilities
Advisory, Engagement, and Adoption of Programmes
- Promote JSIT-RETAIL through one-to-one engagement with companies and working with partners, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on leads.
- Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, online and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail.
- Identify, develop and maintain a repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of JSIT-Retail.
- Use data-centric insights generation to enhance marketing and communications opportunities.
- Engage with customers and partners for advisory and adoption of programs.
- Work with training providers, employment agencies, and government agencies.
- Drive KPIs assigned.
Programme administration
- Assist with the administration of JSIT-Retail in accordance with established SOPs.
- Manage and process applications and claims on JSIT-Retail from partners and customers.
- Manage and consolidate monthly KPIs tracking, project updates and reporting data.
Qualifications
- Min Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines.
- 3 years or more experience is preferred.
- Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events.
- Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs.
