Job Description:
- Assist in managing all restaurant personnel, ensure all Restaurant employees report for duty punctually and wearing the correct uniform and name badge.
- Assist in motivating employees to perform duties to consistently high standards. Maintain high productivity and morale of restaurant staff.
- Assist with planning and communication of duty schedules for restaurant employees, according to business forecast. Maintains staff levels within manning guide provided by management.
- Maintain high level of personal service to Members and Guests.
- Assist in preparation of requisitions for General Store items for restaurant and maintains stock at cost efficient level.
- Responsible for and controls all operating equipment for use in the outlet; Linen, glassware, flatware, cutlery, maintaining quality and keeping losses to the minimum.
- Assists with regular inventories of operating equipment in conjunction with stewarding department when required by management.
- Assists with maintenance of daily restaurant service log book and reports daily to Food and Beverage.
Requirements:
- Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have experience in the management of a restaurant or F&B service operation
