What you will do:
- Take ownership and drive the full recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to managing offers and onboarding
- Stay up-to-date with the latest manpower policies, regulations, practices as well as industry trends and job market insights to formulate value-added solutions
- Be the HR expert and advise clients in the current best practices such recruitment, compensation and benefits
- Maintain candidates’ and clients’ ongoing satisfaction during the employment life cycle and continue to develop strong, trusted relationships beyond job placement
