Risk & Compliance Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role reports to the Global Risk & Compliance Director who is based in Paris, France. Exclusive Networks’ Risk and Compliance Group department is in charge of the global Compliance programs, in particular drive the Corruption prevention program to strengthen its roll-out and control its effectiveness across the organization. This role will work collaboratively with the Risk and Compliance team both in Group as well as APAC as well as the leaders across APAC Hub and countries.


As the Risks & Compliance Manager, you will :


• Follow-up the roll-out of the Compliance Program, monitor its implementation and recommend actions for improvement:

- Take into account benchmarks and external good practices, follow-up regulatory evolution with the support of the Legal team,

- Promote the culture of compliance and supporte operational teams in their daily activities (e.g. marketing activities),

- Assist entities in the implementation of the program, develop communication plans, participate to dedicated sessions to promote good practices,

- Manage the IT applications supporting the program (due diligence tool, accounting controls, gift and entertainment register…)

- Work closely with regional finance team to reinforce compliance controls on sensitive topics (stocks management, credit limits, …),

- Ensure Third parties Due Diligence review on High Risks Third parties

- Animate the corruption risk mapping process with operational entities and follow-up monthly the remediation plans until full remediation

- Contributes as a Risk & Compliance team member in the continuous development of EXN Compliance program/


• Drive the Ethics Champion Community in APAC :

- Ensure local coordination and execution of Global compliance projects

- Facilitate the development of the community by organizing ethic champions training and quarterly calls,

- In collaboration with Ethic Champions and Senior management of each Entitiy determine how to continuously improve the performance and the compliance of these processes.

- Establish and manage PKIS to enable Risks and compliance Department to monitor its compliance status.


• Monitor the global performance of the program :

- Perform continuous monitoring on anti-corruption (On site verification visit) to review activity affected by anti-corruption regulations, examination and evaluation of the adequacy, reliability and effectiveness of internal policies and procedures, identifying gaps, recommending and implementing remediation measures

- Participate in the APAC Risks and compliance Committee


• Participate to internal investigation upon request of the Risks & Compliance Director


• Facilitate the outsourced audits in the region



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Over 5-10 years of experience, in Risk Management, or Compliance internal or external audit experience,

• Expertise and experience in anti-corruption programs,

• Experience in South East Asia or Asia Pacific.,

• Operate with rigor, method and pragmatism, taking into account the entities organization and processes

• Demonstrate a positive critical thinking to improve the level of efficiency of the corruption prevention program

• Be skilled for cross functions project management, change management, training

• Have good knowledge of Corruption Prevention laws and practices

• Cooperate proactively with all operational teams

• Prioritise and simplify messages to obtain managers’ support and teams’ commitment

• Leadership with strong energy level, capacity to mobilize the organization, drive change and have impact,

• Outstanding communication skills: clarity, emotional intelligence,

• Natural authority and assertiveness, capacity to convince and enforce group positions,

• Maturity to manage the challenge of enforcing compliance and internal audit in non-western cultural environments,

• The highest level of integrity,

• Both strategic and hands-on,

• Capacity to work in challenging and fast-growing environments

• Autonomy
