· 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) ; 9am to 1pm (Sat - WFH)
· Both position Alternate half Sat upon confirmation

Job Responsibilities:
· To maintain, develop information and communication with Head Quarter and other Site Management Office when applicable.
· Develop and implement strategies for organizational transformation and development to align with business goals and objectives.
· Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
· Oversee the design and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills, performance and capabilities. Identify training needs, create content and evaluate program effectiveness.
· Foster a culture of innovation within the organization. Identify opportunities for innovation, assess technological advancements and lead initiatives to improve processes and systems.
· Work on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention. This may involve developing and implementing programs that promote a positive work environment.
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure that transformation and development efforts are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
· Explore and implement technology solutions that support organizational transformation and development goals.
· Effectively communicate transformation strategies, changes, and development opportunities to employees at all levels of the organization.
· Ensure that all transformation and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
· Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Real Estate.
· Possess FSM / ASM cert
· Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
· Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
