-manage overall warehouse operation, hygience and safe distancing matters -assign and control operation staff daily roster and annual leave -daily reporting to Head of Department/director on the stockcount, stock reconciliation and other operation matters -arrange/schedule for loading/unloading stock at warehouse and stock delivery to customers -supervise operation staff -follow up customer complaint,feedback and queries -other ad-hoc matters
