Employment Agency Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Basic certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the employment market in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- CEI Basic certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore employment market and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
