Reform Chiropractic in Serangoon is looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team.
Your job involves:
- Communicating with patients face to face for inquiries, bookings and scheduling.
- Using a chiropractic front desk system for scheduling and invoicing.
- Assisting with keeping the clinic sanitary and well presented. Vacuuming, mopping and cleaning a small washroom are done on rotation by current staff.
- Assisting doctors with patient flow.
- Teaching simple exercises to patients. These will be taught to you but again prior knowledge or experience is an advantage, especially if you are more interested in general health and well-being.
- Setting up patients on traction machines or blocks.
Ideally we are looking for candidates that are:
- Friendly and approachable
- Willing to learn
- Interested in health and well-being
- Proficient with technology
- Bilingual, as we are in a neighbourhood having Mandarin as a second language is a big plus.
Our opening hours which are Tuesday 2pm - 7pm, Wed-Fri 9am-7pm (lunch break 1-3pm) and Saturday 9am-1pm, with assistants required to come in 30 minutes earlier then opening to help clean and set up for the day.
No experience is necessary but previous chiropractic or pain management clinic experience will be a plus as well as any prior knowledge of exercise (stretching, foam rolling etc.)
