- Responsible for sourcing of products to support sales team.
- Process sales order
- Liaise with suppliers and forwarders and keep track of shipments
- Liaise with supplier to solve pricing and product quality discrepancies
- Cost analysis report, on time delivery report, goods return report
- Ensure procured items are delivered by suppliers in timely manner
2. Logistics
- Inbound and outbound shipment arrangement
- Marine insurance arrangements whenever necessary
- Local delivery arrangement
- COO application
- DG declaration
3. Inventory management
- Monitor inventory level and plan for replenishment
