The role provides you with an opportunity to flex your creative muscle and put real-life solutions in place to make an instant business impact. It is a hands-on role where you will generate ideas as well as execute them. You will utilize your innate curiosity and test your resilience, focused on but not limited to:
- Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with market units goals and objectives.
- Brand: Build brand awareness, manage corporate identity, and oversee brand management in the market units.
- Demand Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including events, campaigns, digital, social media, partner collaboration.
- PR: Proactively manage PR efforts to generate positive media coverage, including customer wins, partner signings, executive visits, and any central press releases relevant to region.
- Market insights: Provide local research and marketing intelligence to enhance sales.
- Localisation: Where needed manage localisation of any relevant campaigns or marketing collateral. Localize and execute global and regional marketing campaigns as necessary.
- Digital: Manage digital platforms, and campaigns, including social media and search engine marketing.
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget and prepare monthly forecast reports based on actuals and upcoming plans.
- Data: Analyse campaign results and provide post-event/campaign analysis and reporting.
- Manage the CRM system in a timely manner for lead management and list collation.
