Job Requirements
- To make annual sales plan and sales target.
- To work closely with customers on planning their materials needs (i.e. to source and requisite food packaging materials for their manufacturing use).
- To work closely with suppliers and co-ordinate on behalf of customers on meeting products' specifications and delivery schedule.
- To handle and follow up feedback and claims from customers.
- To work closely with sales admin and logistics support team on shipment coordination and arrangement in order to meet delivery timeline.
- To prepare sales/marketing reports for the management review.
- To monitor and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Make day trips to Johor Bahru to ensure printing accuracy and production run smoothly and successfully.
- Make overseas business trips to visit customers to build stronger rapport and customers service level.
- To establish connection and communication with Japan headquarter on technical advises and support for quality control issues.
- To monitor and ensure suppliers’ service and quality are always at optimal level.
- To introduce and present new products and packaging solutions to customers.
- To negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms.
- To source for new products, solutions and suppliers for business expansion and cost effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business related studies with At least 2 ~ 3 years related working experience in handing Trading business.
- Require candidate to possess valid class 3 driving license.
- Experience in handling petrochemical related products is preferred.
- Knowledge in Trading terms is a MUST
- Occasional need to travel to overseas for business meetings
Other Information
- Salary ranges from $3500 - $4500 depending on experience with average 3 months of Variable Bonus with attractive benefits of group insurance, Dental and out-patient medical reimbursement
- Transport reimbursement + Meal allowance is claimable after 6 months probation
- 5 days work week from 9am - 6pm
- Working location in Alexandra, Nearest MRT : Labrador (Yellow Line)
