Responsibilities:
- Attends / conducts daily tool box briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.
- Oversees day-to-day project supervision for new construction platform
- Ensures work assigned is carried out effectively and productively in order to meet client specifications and requirements
- Monitors on structure work progress activities.
- Reports on the structure project progressEnsures sub-contractors carry out the work as planned
- Evaluates project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance
- Identifies and resolve structure interference and propose modification onsite if necessary.
- Monitors drawing and technical information
- Conducts Risk Analysis assessment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Engineering
- 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in construction of oil & gas offshore platform project
- A team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.
- Willing to work late hours
