The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

A certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.
Role Description:
- Ensure analytical equipment is maintained and calibrated accurately and timely in accordance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Able to understand and perform impact assessment on laboratory equipment, systems change control to ensure impacted areas are adequately assessed and managed.
- Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory equipment / computer systems events and propose recommendations remedial actions for follow-up.
- Draft, review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as equipment validation protocol, procedures, guidelines relating to GMP and operational instructions for laboratory equipment.
- Updated with pharmacopial and other health agencies guidelines.
- Maintain and support computer systems and laboratory equipment according to site change control and access control procedures.
- Understand and adhere to any applicable safety requirements.
- Ability to understand basic laboratory instrument technical mechanism troubleshooting.
- Ability to interact with inspectors (internal and external)
- Ability to organize work and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a diverse team.
